On 26–27 January 2026, the project consortium successfully held the Steering Committee Session and the Final Consortium Meeting in an online format (MS Teams), marking the transition to the final phase and official closure of the project. Key risks and the financial status, including possible deviations and lump sum considerations, were reviewed. The Committee confirmed readiness for final reporting and agreed on the transition to the Final Consortium Meeting before formally closing the session.

On January 26 the members of the project focused on project implementation and Work Packages, including an overview of implementation for Months 1–36 presented by Tatjana Brankov (UNS), confirmation of completed Work Packages, and key achievements. Work Package Leaders presented results, deliverables, achieved indicators, and partner contributions. A quality assessment and lessons learned session was delivered by Tihana Sudaric (UNIOS), followed by a summary and discussion.

January 27, the meeting addressed impact, sustainability, and final reporting. Kostas Galanopoulos (DUTCH) presented the institutional and policy impact, integration of results within partner organisations, and sustainability after project completion. Sessions led by Tatjana Brankov (UNS) covered final report preparation, alignment of partner contributions, supporting evidence, responsibilities, deadlines, as well as risk assessment, deviations, and mitigation measures.

The meeting concluded with final remarks, next steps, and the official closure of the project.
