AgroKaz 
As part of the international Erasmus+ project “Development of a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Agroecology with Dual Education in Kazakhstan,” a highly important and productive meeting was held at Torayghyrov University.
We discussed the competencies and expected learning outcomes of the new “Agroecology” educational program at the “Agrotechnology” Department with our key partners — representatives of the “Zamandas” Peasant Farm.
Why is this crucial? Because employers know best what kind of specialists the modern agricultural sector needs. Their practical experience and recommendations are invaluable to us! This allows us to tailor our program directly to the real needs of the labor market.
We discussed:
• The profile of an Agroecology graduate.
• Practical skills required in the field.
• The format of dual education, where classroom theory is combined with hands-on practice at a leading enterprise.
Together, we are building a bridge between education and profession!
