AgroKaz 
April 25, 2025 in the framework of the meeting of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council was presented a report of the Scientific Secretary of LLP “Agricultural Experimental Station” Zarechnoye” Tulkubaeva Saniya Abiltaevna on the key areas of the enterprise and the development of dual training system.
Agricultural Experimental Station “Zarechnoye” LLP is a leading scientific institution of Kostanay region, working in the field of agriculture, crop breeding, livestock breeding and seed production. The station is accredited as a scientific organization and has its own testing laboratory equipped with modern equipment for agrochemical analysis of soil and milk quality.
Particular attention in the report was paid to the implementation of dual training in cooperation with Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M. Dulatov on the educational program “Agroecology”. This form of training allows students to combine theoretical training at the university with practical activities at the enterprise. The program includes a working curriculum, schedule of industrial training, as well as the participation of experienced mentors from among the employees of the station.
As part of the implementation of dual training, students are organized on the basis of the department’s branch, laboratories and experimental fields of the station. After the completion of each stage of practical training the students and mentors are surveyed, which allows to promptly adjust the educational process. The report emphasized the importance of integration of science, education and production in the training of qualified specialists for the agricultural sector, as well as the important role of international projects such as “AGROKAZ” in the development of modern agro-ecological training.
