Today’s KEnEU International Week 2025 was devoted to project management and preparation for the final report on the AGROKAZ project.

In the morning, participants discussed key organisational issues: foreign partners shared their experience on what to pay attention to when preparing the final report and outlined important aspects for the teams.

After lunch, lectures were given by foreign guests. Professor Srđan Seremesić from the University of Novi Sad spoke about scaling up in agroecology and the potential for transforming agriculture. At the same time, Kazakhstani and foreign scientists discussed the future of agroecological education in the country and beyond.

A special moment was the presentation of certificates and commemorative gifts to the Kazakh guests.
A useful workshop was conducted by Dr. Mikel Robert Ferrer, PhD, from the University of Barcelona, who shared the specifics of studying abroad. Finally, the highlight of the day: the Spanish professor lifted the spirits of everyone present by performing the Kazakh national dance “Qara zhorga” on stage. This unexpected, vivid moment became the real highlight of the day.
